A: The texture is exceptionally plush, comparable to a high-quality, dense fleece or faux-mink throw. It is designed to be soft against sensitive skin without being clumpy or thin.

Q: How do I know the non-slip bottom won't damage my polished floors?

A: The non-skid dots are made from a soft-setting silicone that provides grip without the chemicals or rigidity that can scratch or react with flooring sealers.

Q: My dog is an extreme chewer. Can he destroy this?

A: This is a comfort item, not a chew toy. While the shag fabric and stitching are robust, it is not designed to withstand determined chewing. We recommend monitoring aggressive chewers during the first few days.

Q: How do you wash this large bed efficiently?

A: The bed is machine washable as a single unit (for larger sizes, an industrial or front-loading machine works best). Wash on a cold, gentle cycle, and tumble dry immediately on low heat to keep the fibers separated and fluffy.
