Design Information Submission

Project information such as preferred dimensions, colors, functions, estimated order quantity and expected delivery schedule is also collected to ensure accurate product development.

Design Review

Our engineering and design team carefully reviews every project before sampling. We evaluate product proportions, structure, fabric selection, filling materials, color matching, functional components and production feasibility. Any necessary adjustments or additional information will be discussed with the customer to ensure the design can be successfully manufactured while maintaining its original concept.

Sample Development

After the design is confirmed, we produce the first prototype according to the approved specifications. The sample reflects the product's appearance, dimensions, materials, colors, stuffing, functional features and branding elements. Customers can review the sample through photos, videos or physical shipment before moving to the next stage.

Sample Revision

Based on customer feedback, we can refine proportions, colors, materials, structures or other product details. Once the final sample is approved, all specifications including dimensions, materials, colors, workmanship and packaging requirements are documented as production standards for mass manufacturing.

Sample Policy

Custom projects can begin with sample development before mass production. Sample costs can be refunded after the official order reaches the agreed minimum order quantity. For selected existing products, stock samples may also be available depending on inventory. Sample fees, lead times and shipping arrangements are confirmed according to each project.

Bulk Production Connection

After sample approval, production moves smoothly into material preparation, bulk manufacturing, quality inspection, packaging and export shipment. Every production stage follows standardized quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and reliable delivery.

SAMPLES & PACKAGING

Sample Service

We support custom sample development for new projects. Customers simply need to provide design drawings from different angles together with logo artwork or branding files. To ensure the final product meets expectations, 1–2 rounds of sample revisions are provided free of charge. Once the order reaches the agreed minimum order quantity, the sample fee will be refunded according to our policy. For existing products, stock samples are available free of charge, with customers only responsible for shipping costs.

Beyond product manufacturing, we provide complete branding solutions to help customers launch market-ready products. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Quality Control

Quality is monitored throughout the entire production process. Before mass production begins, we first produce a pre-production sample representing approximately 10% of the production standard for final confirmation. After manufacturing is completed, every order undergoes two rounds of manual inspection and one machine inspection to ensure product quality, appearance and workmanship meet customer requirements before shipment.

Bulk Production

Our factory covers 8,000 square meters and employs more than 300 skilled workers, with a monthly production capacity of 500,000 pieces. Supported by efficient production management and experienced manufacturing teams, we are capable of handling both large-volume orders and long-term supply programs while maintaining stable quality and reliable lead times.

Export & Delivery

Products are packed in reinforced export cartons designed to withstand drop testing for safer international transportation. For customers with special logistics requirements, customized packaging solutions such as pallet packing can also be provided. We support multiple international trade terms including FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP, offering flexible shipping solutions for customers worldwide.
